Delivery Coverage

La Maison d'Elle currently delivers to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your shipment.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Dubai: 1 to 3 business days
• Other Emirates: 2 to 5 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, peak shopping periods, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders above AED 250
• Orders below AED 250 are subject to a delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders within the UAE.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information at the time of placing an order. La Maison d'Elle reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery services for customers who repeatedly refuse or fail to accept confirmed orders without a valid reason.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, inaccurate contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all products prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lamaisondelle.ae.

To assist us in resolving the matter promptly, please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item received and its packaging.
