Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At La Maison d'Elle, we take pride in carefully inspecting all products before they are dispatched. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, La Maison d'Elle does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Color preference
• Style preference
• Personal preference after receiving the item
• Items purchased during promotional campaigns or sale events
• Opened, used, or unsealed fragrances

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and product images before placing an order.

Eligible Cases

A return, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund may only be considered in the following circumstances:

• The customer received an incorrect item
• The item arrived damaged during transit
• The item contains a verified manufacturing defect

All claims are subject to review and approval by La Maison d'Elle.

Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To submit a claim, customers must email hello@lamaisondelle.ae and provide:

• Order number
• Full name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Clear photographs of the original packaging
• Any additional information requested for investigation

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Condition of Returned Items

Where a return or exchange has been approved, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup, or damage
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging

La Maison d'Elle reserves the right to reject returned items that do not meet these requirements.

Fragrances

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, fragrances cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once opened, used, tested, or unsealed.

A fragrance may only be considered for replacement or refund if:

• The incorrect product was delivered
• The item arrived damaged or leaking upon delivery

Refund Process

Where a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days following approval. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Shipping fees, Cash on Delivery fees, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error made by La Maison d'Elle.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

If a replacement item is unavailable, La Maison d'Elle reserves the right to provide a refund or store credit at its sole discretion.

Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Orders

Orders refused at the time of delivery, abandoned, or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect information provided by the customer, or failure to accept the shipment may not qualify for a refund of shipping, delivery, or service fees.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

Fraud Prevention

La Maison d'Elle reserves the right to investigate all claims and may request additional evidence before approving a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Claims that are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy may be rejected.

Limitation of Liability

La Maison d'Elle shall not be responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow product care instructions.
